Sexless in Scottsdale, the tales of seven women's adventures trying to find love in an emotionally barren landscape...or maybe not always. We may be sexless, just not at the same time. This story is about to get spicy.
The problem with frequenting the same bar too often is that you get to know the bachelor brigade a little more than intended... We'll get there soon!
Just recently, Sabrina ran into one of the Stud Squad, and they had great banter, so they decided to go on a few dates. Four to be exact. Four was the lucky number, so after four cocktails, inhibitions melted away; not surprisingly, so did the clothes. After intimate introductions, a few scabs on the elbows, and an unnecessary final cocktail, he informed Sabrina he was not a cuddler. That's fine, she thought, because I'm about to lose my cookies and wine. When she arrived back in bed, the non-cuddler was fast asleep, thank God.
The next morning, he chauffeured her from a night of sin to a calendar reminder of her neglect. That reminder was a day late, as it was for her bikini wax!
After dropping Sabrina at her vehicle like a gentleman, he ghosted her like a magician. A week later - poof - she spotted him at her home bar, no less, with a "new assistant" pulling the look same trick.
To avoid making things awkward, Sabrina texted him and said, "I was going to come over and say hello to you and show you the rug burns on my elbows, but you had already left!" The response was nothing short of jazz hands at an interview; it fell flat.
Yet...after another week, he reached out with a ghost ping. A vanishing act followed by a random text. A soft launch into nothing, unlike date number four. Did we mention an emotionally barren landscape? Even if Sabrina's wax appointment was a day earlier and had left her a little more barren, would it have made a difference?
A few weeks later, he hit his ghosting quota for the month. He made one last lame attempt; however, Sabrina's cellphone blocks paranormal activity.
