Shocker, another new fab restaurant opens in Scottsdale, the Society Swan. Sam Fox never disappoints, sexy speak easy upstairs with upscale chic dining below. Three of the seven glammed up and headed to Fashion Square to check it out.

First impression, it's a "10" or as Trump would say, a "12". The girls stepped into a world that had previously been an outdoor space next to a parking lot. Now it's a chic, sultry inviting lounge. As parking karma would have it, 3 seats opened up next to some handsome, intriguing candidates. Martinis were ordered and the banter began, they were mid laugh and enjoying the kind of easy teasing convo that just flows when the chemistry is right - when bachelor number 1 glanced at his phone. He sighed and admitted he had a pre-scheduled date he couldn't cancel. The look said it all, it was clear he was leaving the party he wished he could stay at.

The girls left for Catch, another shiny new "it" spot in Scottsdale, but it turned out to be more "jail bait" than catch. It was packed with Scottsdales finest... and all their younger brothers. Fabulous spot, just maybe not our pond, more poliwogs than age appropriate frogs. So naturally, the quest continued to a dependable final final and no, not AZ 88 this time, the other go to spot - City Hall.

The trio now became a duo, the last two standing, heels in check chasing the night.

They circled the bar and spotted 2 open seats beside a pair of handsome strangers -the kind of accidental seating arrangement the universe clearly approves of. One of them looked over at Roxy and said her name. She blinked, surprised. "You don't remember me? We went on a date last year. " Spoiler: she did not remember him.

The duo sat with them anyway, and before long the exchange

was easy, the laughter louder, and the martinis stronger. By closing time, it looked like they had booked 2 dates for the next night.

Sabrina, ever the optimist, thought she had finally met someone who checked a lot of boxes, funny, charming and also a college professor. The next mornings' debrief with Roxy came with a plot twist. Sabrina' supposed knight in shining armor had already texted Roxy instead. Scottsdale may be small, but apparently mens attention spans are even smaller.

Back to class.
